Biography
American actress known for the TV soap series "All My Children" in which she played the character Donna Beck Tyler, from 1976 to 1992, appearing again in 1993 and again in 1995. On Broadway, she played in "Grease," 1975-1976, and was seen in "Hair" and "Jesus Christ Superstar." As a musician, in 1978 she formed a rock band "Pure Energy."
Earley was first married to Tracy Jon Thornell, from 1969 to 1970. After a marrying Peter Manera on 14 February 1978, they divorced 9 months later. She married Robert Nolan on 14 March 1992. Earley died on 31 January 2019, aged 68, after an 8-year battle with Multiple system atrophy.

Longtime All My Children star Candice Earley Nolan (ex-Donna Beck Tyler) passed away on January 31 after an eight-year battle with Multiple Systems Atrophy. The beloved soap opera star was 68 years old.
Earley Nolan was born in Texas but spent her first five years in Germany, where her father Colonel (ret.) H.E. Earley was stationed. The family then moved to Lawton, Oklahoma, where she became active in theater and developed her four-octave coloratura soprano voice. She was selected as Miss Lawton and was First Runner-Up to Miss Oklahoma before attending Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. The budding actress moved to San Francisco after graduation to begin her stage career and landed a role in Hair. She decided to try her luck in New York City and quickly landed a leading role in the Broadway production of Jesus Christ Superstar.

Earley was born in Lawton, Oklahoma,[1] to Harold and Jean (née Daily) Earley. She won the Miss Lawton title.[2] She had 14 years of training as a classical singer and attended Trinity University, where she studied drama.[1]
Career
