Rania Barghout is a Founder and CEO of Rockstars Talent Management. She is a famous Lebanese television presenter and has enjoyed a very successful career spanning over 20 years. She has interviewed influential people from the Arab and International world. In 2007, it was her great pleasure to interview Hillary Clinton, among other political issues. They spoke a lot about the subject of emancipation empowerment for women, a subject very close to her heart. Rania has appeared on a number of very successful shows including MBC's Kalam Nawaem. In 2013, she founded r*stars talent management, whose aim is to provide a training facility for upcoming talent searching for television opportunities, it offers workshops on Public Speaking, TV Presenting, Radio Presenting,TV Producing, Ethics in Journalism & Investigative Reporting and Acting. She looks forward to networking and expanding her business. She speaks fluent Arabic, English, some French and German.

Kalam Nawaem (Arabic: كلام نواعم, English: "Sweet Talk") is a one-hour, female-hosted Arabic talk show that airs late Sunday evenings on the pan-Arab satellite network MBC 1. Premiering in 2002, it is credited with pushing social boundaries on Arab television. As of 2007, it was classed among the top-10 programs in the Arab world and commanded the highest ad rates on MBC.[1] In a notable 2011 episode, the program hosted U.S. Secretary of StateHillary Clinton.[2][3]
